Crofty is my trainer, and he comes to every race with me. He’s always here for me, and he also helps me as a mental coach so I’m very grateful that he’s here. Usually, I say whatever I’m feeling to Crofty, even if it’s something crazy, but he’s such a good support to me – in training, and working on my mentality.
It’s a box where I can put a maximum of three or four caps, and then I can choose whatever one I want in the day. The box keeps them all protected and together – I got a new one recently, which is pink, so it fits in better with the car!
I don’t really know if we’ve used these much! [laughs]
Crofton: We’ve used them once or twice, I introduced him to boxing as a pre-race warm-up.
So yes, I bring the gloves and the pads for boxing to warm up…
Crofton: I think he’d prefer to hit me, though!
Yeah, I prefer them without!
This is my watch, which is from Casio Edifice. They’ve sponsored me since karting, they’re a big Japanese company so I’m lucky to have them.
