Fantastic news! Alexander Albon has been confirmed as Toro Rosso official driver for the 2019 season. This means that this year’s top 3 Formula 2 drivers will be featured on the Formula One starting grid next season. Colour us impressed!

It’s hard to imagine our paddock without this dude! Artem Markelov signed off his F2 career in style with second place in the Feature Race. Thanks for all the on-track battles, Artem!

What’s better than winning the Drivers’ Championship title? Having five time Formula 1 Champions Mercedes AMG F1 hand-deliver trays of bubbly under the podium! What a classy move, thoroughly enjoyed by the guys at ART Grand Prix.

The 2019 grid is already filling up nicely! Reigning Champions Carlin were the first to announce that Nobuharu Matsushita will return to F2 with them next season. ART Grand Prix followed by confirming that the 2018 GP3 runner-up Nikita Mazepin will join them next season. Finally, PREMA Racing have announced that the FIA F3 European Championship Champion Mick Schumacher will race for them in 2019. Who’s next?
